Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant (ImplementaƟon & BAU Support)

LocaƟon: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi

ReporƟng To: CFO

Experience: 4 – 8 years

Role Purpose

To act as the internal funcƟonal expert for Oracle Fusion Finance during implementaƟon and

post go-live. The role will bridge business, finance, and the external implementaƟon partner

to ensure successful deployment, stabilizaƟon, and conƟnuous enhancement of Oracle

Fusion.

Key ResponsibiliƟes

Phase 1: ImplementaƟon (0–6 Months)

 Act as the internal SPOC for Oracle Fusion Finance modules

 Work closely with the external implementaƟon partner to:

o Validate soluƟon design and configuraƟons

o Ensure alignment with business requirements

o Challenge and opƟmize proposed processes

 Drive requirement gathering workshops with finance and cross-funcƟonal teams

 Review and sign off on:

o BRDs / FSDs

o ConfiguraƟon documents

o Test scenarios and UAT results

 Ensure proper setup of key modules:

o General Ledger (GL)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Fixed Assets (FA)

o Cash Management

o Procurement to Pay (P2P) integraƟon

 Oversee:

o Master Data validaƟons

o Data migraƟon validaƟon

o Chart of Accounts design

o Approval workflows

 Lead User Acceptance TesƟng (UAT) and ensure issue resoluƟon

 Support change management, user training, and go-live readiness

Phase 2: BAU & ConƟnuous Improvement (Post Go-Live)

 Act as Oracle Fusion Finance FuncƟonal Owner

 Provide ongoing funcƟonal support to finance and business teams

 IdenƟfy and implement process improvements and automaƟon opportuniƟes

 Liaise with IT and vendors for:

o Issue resoluƟon

o Enhancements

o Patch updates

 Drive:

o Month-end and year-end system efficiency

o ReporƟng and dashboard improvements

 Ensure opƟmal uƟlizaƟon of Oracle capabiliƟes including:

o Financial reporƟng tools

o Controls and audit features

o IntegraƟon with other modules/systems

Desired Candidate Profile

EducaƟon

 CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent qualificaƟon preferred

Experience

 4 – 8 years in Finance Systems / ERP consulƟng

 Minimum 2–3 Oracle Fusion Finance implementaƟons (end-to-end preferred)

 Experience in logisƟcs / supply chain / manufacturing industry is a plus

Technical Skills

 Strong hands-on knowledge of:

o Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud

o P2P and O2C cycles

o Chart of Accounts structuring

 Understanding of:

o IntegraƟon with Procurement & SCM modules

o Financial controls and compliance frameworks

 Exposure to:

o ReporƟng tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)

o Data migraƟon and reconciliaƟon
